MAN ALLEGES HIS EX-GIRLFRIEND SENT HIS NUDES TO HIS EMPLOYEES

Li Hua and Min Min, who was 18 years younger than him, were originally a pair of lovers, but after they broke up, they went to court. Li Hua alleged that his ex-girlfriend sent his nude photos and photos of himself beaten in the head by her to the WeChat group of Li Hua’s employees, which has 500 people.

Li Hua believes that Min Min’s actions have caused serious damage to his reputation, and he is unable to manage the company. In the end, he could only withdraw from the company at a loss. Li Hua asked Min Min to immediately delete photos and videos of him, apologize publicly in WeChat Moments, deliver a written apology letter of no less than 500 words, and compensate 50,000 yuan for mental damages.

Li Hua submitted to the court a screenshot of the WeChat chat record that Min Min previously sent him as evidence of the accusation. The screenshot shows that Min Min had sent a message to Li Hua on WeChat: "I also sent nude photos of you to Mr. Deng (pseudonym)". Regarding this, Min Min emphasized that she had never sent Li Hua's nude photos. The reason why she said it was "just an emotional expression", and Li Hua had no other evidence to prove that she had sent nude photos to Mr. Deng.

The court heard that although Min Min had claimed to Li Hua that she sent nude photos, Min Min denied in court that she had actually sent them, and Li Hua failed to provide evidence to prove that Min Min did indeed send nude photos. For this reason, the court rejected Li Hua's litigation request.
